Order Cancellation Terms
- If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within one hour of placing it. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will process a full refund immediately.
- If your order has already been processed or is in transit, we will be unable to cancel it.
- Once you have received your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and arranging the return. If you refuse delivery, you will also be responsible for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Returning Unwanted Items
- If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs and for arranging the return of the item. Please keep proof of postage for all returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items in transit. We will process your refund once the returned item is received at our warehouse.
- A full refund will be issued once the item is returned in resalable condition. If the item is returned without the original packaging, damaged, or used, no refund will be processed.
